I came to the office at approximately 10:30 am without an appointment. Everyone there was very helpful.

On the evening of February 3rd, I was near the State Capitol building, leaving the Waterloo Park construction site and had a flat tire.

Thank you so very much. It’s not often a person helps another the way you have. Our industry has seemed to become all about robots and no more friendly people.

I was stopped by Officer Reynolds in Caldwell, TX. I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with his professionalism and attitude.

I recently was pulled over by Officer White while driving between Laredo and Eagle Pass. I felt I had to send a personal compliment on the way he handled the traffic stop.

Roxie Rodriguez of the Brownsville office behaved in a considerate, respectful and amicable manner and show a pleasant demeanor.

My birth certificate had different spelling than my driver license, SSN, and many other documents. In order to renew there had to be some changes. Kathleen took care of my problem!

I went to the Aransas Pass Driver License office to renew my license. I was very impressed from the moment I arrived with the cleanliness, Covid protocols and the employees’ willingness to help.

I know that typically there are a lot more complaints than complements.

I hope this email find you well. I am writing because we just recently had an appointment at the Killeen location, we were assisted by Oscar Rodriguez, and he truly made our visit a great one.

I went to the Northwest Austin driver license office to get a Texas driver license as I had just moved here from Arizona because my family lives here and we were relocating to Austin.

I want to let you know how impressed I was with Sunil at my recent visit to the Houston North Mega Center Driver License office. The whole process was very quick and efficient.

I want to give out some kudos to the Jacksonville DL Office. I needed to get my license renewed and showed up at the Jacksonville office. I did not know I was to make an appointment.

Ms. Hausler was very nice to me. She helped answer all my questions and had a great deal of knowledge about getting a Texas license.

Kathy Amyett was extremely helpful to my handicapped mother when we visited last month to take care of a driver license issue.

Lorilee was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. Not only was she attentive to my situation, I witnessed her help others.

I just wanted to give compliments to your staff at the Bonham office. They were all so nice and made my time enjoyable while I was having my expired license renewed.

Marguerite went above and beyond to assist me in resolving an issue. Her sense of urgency, follow through, attention to detail resulted in quick and proper resolution!

Just a quick note to give kudos to Harriet at the Denton DL Office. All of the staff there was great to work with, but Harriet was a Godsend.

I went to the DPS in Gessner Mega center to take my driver test. My instructor’s name was Frances Daniels I believe, and I just wanted to say that she was an amazing instructor.
