I sat in the car and gave a prayer of thanks for Zjickovia. My son was there to get his very first driver license, and of course we didn’t have proof of residence on hand. Thanks to Zjickovia, she helped us patiently navigate through my email and bank statements to find exactly what we needed. She was kind and attentive the whole way through.
