I just wanted to share that I had a wonderful experience at the Wichita Falls Driver License Office getting my lost driver license replaced. Lu met me at the door and guided me through the kiosk steps with cheerfulness and understanding. Harley then helped me get squared away in no time. I went in bracing myself to be spoken down to in condescending tones and for it to take forever, but I was treated so well and with respect, and they have it running so smoothly that it took much less time that I anticipated.
