I had an appointment at the El Paso Gateway location at 2 pm. I was served by an agent named Lewis A. This gentleman was outstanding. He maintained a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, answered every question in a professional and respectful manner, and in general upheld the very highest standards expected of your fine organization of civil servants. I wanted to just let someone know that this fellow was doing an awesome job and hope that he gets some serious kudos.
