I would like to thank the person who helped me renew my CDL license at the office in Gonzales. I made an appointment online and arrived about 15 minutes early. Karian asked if I had an appointment. I told her yes and what I needed, and she took my license, marked what I needed to fill out with the paperwork and had me fill out the rest. She helped me fill out what I missed and finished with the renewal process. We had a pleasant conversation during the process, and it was nice to have someone who was very knowledgeable at her job. Probably the quickest I have ever had a renewal done.
