She is the type of person that always goes above and beyond to help this "Team" as she calls us. She always has a smile and is pleasant to be around and creates a healthy and safe work environment. Holli tells us that everything is fixable and shows us how to correct any errors we've made and what protocols to follow, making it a learning experience. Holli is incredibly helpful; she will gladly help on the counter or interact with customers when her aid is needed. One "Team" member stated when she was dealing with serious health issues, Holli made her job easier. Currently, we do not have a Lead, so Holli is shorthanded, however even with the extra work on her hands, she exemplifies a pleasant, professional attitude. Holli makes sure to let us know we can come to her if we need something and makes the effort to answer our call or be accessible to us. She is completely honest and dependable. We just want her to be recognized for the great Leader she is, as we would not be the LPS's we are without her.
