Last week we traveled from Houston to Hallettsville, TX where we also have a ranch to renew my husband's driver license and were so impressed with Cindy whose office is in the Lavaca County Courthouse. She greeted us with a smile, was friendly but professional, and made us feel very welcome. I noticed that she treated those ahead of us just the same. She made the whole experience a positive one, so we wanted to formally thank her for her superb service to the public.
