Christine is so sweet. I liked her. She is calm, helpful, patient, and it was a very nice experience. I'm happy that I got Christine on the phone. I had to wait on hold for a while, but it was worth the wait. I'm new to Texas; I came from another country; some things are difficult to understand. So, I'm very grateful for Christine.
