We wanted to write a big a HUGE thank you to Stacy. We have not always had great service at DPS and so we approach it with a lot of apprehension. My son just turned 16 and needed to get his license, so we have been jumping through the hoops to make that happen for him. We went out to the Columbus DPS, driving from Spicewood, because they had availability. The women who helped my son did a wonderful job, walked him through everything he needed to know and handled it like it was a celebration. Coincidentally, a year earlier we drove out to El Campo and she was the same person that helped us there too! My husband was so surprised. We had the exact same experience back then with her as well and pray she is still be there when my daughter is ready for her permit next year. She is consistent, helpful, and very pleasant to work with!
