Julia Flores was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful during my recent visit to the Kingsville DPS office. Office felt very safe and clean (COVID precautions). I was very leery going into office because of my serious immune system problems; however, having gone in to see how well the area was welcoming and safe put me at ease.
