We certainly appreciated Ms. McFarland helping us with how to set up an appointment. Her one on one made the whole experience a pleasant experience. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same afternoon and even luckier when my number was called and I got Ms. McFarland. It is hard for senior citizens to understand some of the modern technology and she was so sweet to help me. I hope my husband gets her when his appointment comes up. We could certainly use more people like her, it would make the world a better place. Thank you!
