I would like to thank Alice for helping me work through the process of obtaining a new driver license for Texas, as I was from out of state. She was very helpful providing me information and additional forms to make the process as smooth as possible for me. In addition to that she helped me walk through the appointment process on the online systems located at the DPS office. She has a great attitude with the amount of people she is dealing with daily.
