A friend and a brother were in a horrific accident. The accident resulted in loss of life, but because of the quick immediate and decisive action of State Trooper Tester and his wife Lexi. Their keen awareness and compassion prevented further tragedy from occurring. I truly believe God was present in the Testers being on that stretch of highway. I believe the Testers’ presence and action is a true testimony in human compassion and a testimony of love thy neighbor. I personally want to commend State Trooper Tester and Lexi Tester for their heroic action on behalf of a grateful neighbor.
