Melissa went above and beyond to help us! I have been wanting to get veteran on my license and as we were driving into Alpine we seen the driver license office out in the middle of nowhere with no cars in the parking lot. After living in the DFW Metroplex and trying to get an appointment at a driver license office we made a U-turn and went back. We saw on the door appointments only, but Melissa came out asked what I was there for I told her and she was able to get me set up and taken care of. Thank you Melissa I probably wouldn’t have got this done until I had to go in to renew my license at home. Thank you all for your service!
