I was greeted with a warm smile full of kindness. This helped ease my anxiety of getting a renewal completed for an unexpected death in my family. I apologized for not having the form filled out and my reason and she very patiently allowed me to complete my renewal at the desk and started putting in the information I did have to move the process forward. I did not feel rushed and her kind warm tone was phenomenal. Kathy made the day better with providing me a compliment on my new photo that I shall have for the next eight years being very nice. Saying I received outstanding customer service would be an understatement. Gold star all the way and I will suggest that others come to Garland for service and I pray they have the pleasure of being helped by Kathy.
