We had an appointment for my daughters driving test. Upon our arrival we were advised that we did not have the correct completion certificate. The staff asked us to sign in and email them the correct one. After several minutes of trying to find it, we couldn’t find it. One of the staff came over to assist us and she was unable to find it also. Adrienne Trevino then had us come over to her desk and signed into the driving school we used to see if she could find the correct certificate. I advised her that the online driving school we used did not have a phone number and that I tried to contact through email and online chat room on some other issues with no success. While looking for my daughter’s certificate she made contact with the school and had it email me the certificate. Mrs. Trevino went above and beyond to help us out, I know that they could have had us reschedule our test. I want her to know how much we appreciated the time she took to assist us.
