Wanda at the Garland Mega Center is a diligent and courteous soul. I was called to her station and she was cleaning it when I arrived. I’m sure it’s protocol to do so and I appreciated that she continued to ensure it was a safe environment for both of us. I could tell she cares about crossing her T’s and dotting her I’s and has a process that works best for her and those on the other side of the divider. I appreciated her thoroughness when checking my documents and information, and her lightheartedness when it was time to take my ID photo - and I asked to take one more. She complimented my jacket and wished me a good weekend, and I left DPS feeling content and appreciative for the time I had spent at the office.
