I just want to send a note to compliment all of the workers I came in contact with at the S. Gessner Driver License Office. Everyone was very polite, professional and helpful. I had an appointment for 10:00am, and arrived a bit before and checked in on my phone. A gentleman pointed me in the direction of the proper forms I needed to fill out. As soon as I completed my form, I was taken to a kiosk and met Solitaire who was so pleasant and professional. I had brought the appropriate documents per the website, as I was coming to renew and get my “gold star”. We quickly completed the needed business, did my vision screen, took my photo and paid. I was out in 30 minutes. I had been dreading renewing, but I left with only positive feelings. The appointment system really works to keep down the lines and improve the flow. I sincerely hope you keep that in place once the pandemic restrictions are over. Keep up the good work.
