I'm a U.S Army Retired First Sergeant and a Combat Veteran. I would like commend Luis for being a person of exceptional character and a true leader. His style of leadership truthfully represents the meaning of how a leader puts people’s needs and concerns above his own. Even though, we have only spoken over the phone it seems to me like his only focus in life is to help people regardless of the outcome "good or bad". I'm sure he's a role model for others to follow in your organization. I feel he is a person of integrity and values that he will never compromise.
