Renewing a license is never a fun experience. However, the ladies at the San Angelo DPS were every helpful. I arrived without an appointment and was helped by a very nice bilingual lady who took my information and made me an appointment for the next day. She also informed me what documentation I would need the next day and gave me a form to fill out to make it easier when I returned. Upon my return the next day for my appointment time, I was assisted within minutes. The whole process was very smooth. Erica Barnes was the one who helped me at the appointment time. She was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in record time.
