They say customer service is non-existent or rare in our world. I guess I experienced rare with two employees at the Carrollton DL office. Robert Davis and Eric Evans assisted with renewing my license. In a job where a lot of the customers being served are less than cordial these two men were what professionalism is all about. My experience with both was smooth, professional and humorous. I had my license renewal completed in less than 20 minutes upon entry to the building. I cannot say enough positive about these men, and knowing society I would imagine most customer comment e-mails tend to be negative.
