I visited the McKinney DPS location to renew my license. I just wanted to compliment all of the employees that I interacted with. The process was very organized and every employee that I interacted with was friendly and kind. I really appreciated being able to schedule an appointment online. It made the process so much quicker. I would love to see that stay even after Covid is over. I am sure that Covid presents many challenges for all of your employees, but everyone I interacted with did a great job and is rising to those challenges.
