I recently visited the DPS office in Columbus to get my daughter her permit to drive. Angela was greeting people outside and checking them in. She was very friendly and professional.

Ariana was very quick and diligent in processing my paperwork. She was patient with helping me with my fingerprints and with my questions. She held a pleasant conversation while continuing to work.

I would like to provide some positive feedback on my experience today at the Austin North Driver license office. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and provided helpful instruction with great customer service.

I had an appointment to renew my driver license at the Dacoma location. I got there a bit early. We lined up outside according to socially distance marks that had been placed. I got in a bit early and was out early.
