I went in person to renew my DL at the Paris location. It was quick and efficient, best I’ve seen. Staff were helpful and professional.

My husband, my daughter and I were the last appointments of the day. Kippie, Eloisa, and Marivelle were so helpful and nice as we all needed to update our addresses on our driver licenses.
