I wanted to show appreciation to one of your Troopers for going out of his way this morning.

I was stopped by Trooper W. Rivera for a speeding infraction. It being a rural area I hadn't even noticed the sudden drop in the speed limit.

I went without an appointment to get my driver license changed from California to Texas. The process was so easy, and I was done within an hour.
