Highway Patrolman Arthur W. Fischer October 14, 1931 - January 18, 1932 Patrolman Fischer was killed instantly in a motorcycle accident on Jan. 18, 1932. He began his career with the agency on October 14, 1931, and was stationed at Brenham.
