Highway Patrol Trooper Daniel Morrison Higdon

Trooper Higdon was killed along with a motorist on March 13, 1983, when he and the motorist were standing between two trucks and one of the trucks rolled back, striking both of them. He began his career with the agency on February 12, 1975, and was stationed at Tyler.
