Notice: On September 15, 2026, Capitol Access Pass (CAP) and Handgun Licensing (LTC) complaints, hearing requests, and document uploads will be handled by our new RSD Connect System. You will be automatically redirected to RSD Connect when choosing to submit a complaint, request a hearing, or submit documents.
