DETAILS:

Claude BARK has ties to Montgomery County, including the city of Splendora. He also has ties to the state of Michigan. In 2010, BARK was convicted of Assault Causes Bodily Injury. In 2014, he was convicted of two counts of Burglary of a Habitation, Theft of a Firearm, and Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle. He subsequently received two 8-year sentences, a 2-year sentence, and a 6-month sentence in TDCJ. On February 1, 2021, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for BARK's arrest for Parole Violation. In addition, on March 29, 2021, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest for Assault of Family/Household Member with a Previous Conviction.
