Jason ELLIOTT is affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang and has ties to the Corpus Christi area. In 2001, ELLIOTT was sentenced to four years' confinement in TDCJ after he was convicted of Burglary of a Habitation. In 2002, he was also convicted of Credit Card Abuse, Theft, and Burglary of a Building. In 2006, he was again convicted of Burglary of a Habitation and sentenced to five years' confinement. In 2019, he was convicted of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and received two years' probation. On June 10, 2021, the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for ELLIOTT's arrest for Probation Violation.
