David Daniel BOONE is affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas and has ties to Johnson and Hood counties, including the cities of Cleburne and Granbury. In 2004, BOONE was sentenced to nine months' confinement for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The following year, he was convicted of Possession of a Controlled Substance and sentenced to two years' confinement. In 2008, he was convicted of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and sentenced to 40 years' confinement in a TDCJ prison. He was released on parole in 2014. On October 14, 2020, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a Parole Violation warrant for BOONE’s arrest. Additionally, on February 8, 2021, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office issued two felony warrants for his arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault of Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation.
