In May 2023, Trevor Rhea MCEUEN was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office for his alleged involvement in the shooting and killing of his neighbor in Forney, Texas. On May 5, 2025, while out on bond and residing near Grand Saline, Texas, MCEUEN allegedly removed his ankle monitor and failed to appear for his trial in Kaufman County. Warrants have since been issued out of Kaufman County for his arrest for Capital Murder by Terror Threat, Murder, and multiple counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Additionally, on May 6, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Van Zandt County for his arrest for Arson of a Habitation.
