Rondarrius Davon Idea EVANS, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on April 22, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents, in coordination with Texas DPS Special Response Team (SRT), Mesquite Police Department, City of Dallas Fire Marshal’s Office, and the Dallas County Marshal’s Office, located and arrested EVANS.EVANS had been wanted since August 2024, after warrants were issued out of Bowie County for his arrest for two counts of Capital Murder in connection to his alleged involvement in a double homicide that occurred on July 6, 2024, in New Boston, Texas. Additionally, in March 2025, a warrant was issued out of Titus County for his arrest for Failure to Appear stemming from a prior drug-offense related arrest.EVANS’ arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
