CAPTURE DETAILS:

Terran Dorval GREEN, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on August 17, 2023, in Humble, Texas. Members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force coordinated with multiple local, county, state, and federal agencies to locate and arrest GREEN at a residence. GREEN is reportedly identified as the suspect in the shooting of a Harris County Sheriff’s Office Deputy that prompted a Blue Alert on August 16, 2023.In 2011, GREEN was convicted of two counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance and subsequently sentenced to five years confinement in TDCJ for each offense. Additionally, in 2017, GREEN was convicted of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and subsequently sentenced to two years in TDCJ.GREEN had been wanted since March 23, 2023, when multiple warrants were issued out of Hays County for his arrest including Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Carrying a Prohibited Weapon, Unlawful Use of a Criminal Instrument, Theft of Property, Theft of a Firearm, and Criminal Mischief. Additionally, on June 13, 2023, a warrant was issued out of Harris County for his arrest for Aggravated Assault of a Family Member with a Firearm.
