Jaime RUBALCADA is affiliated with the Texas Syndicate gang and has ties to the Rio Grande Valley, including Hidalgo County. He also has ties to Brazoria County and to the State of Illinois.In 2003, RUBALCADA was convicted of Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He subsequently received ten-year and five-year sentences of confinement to be served concurrently.On August 25, 2020, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for RUBALCADA’s arrest for Assault of a Family Household Member. On February 10, 2021, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Additionally, on October 8, 2021, the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants for his arrest for Assault by Impeding Breath/Circulation and Unlawful Restraint. The same month, the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants for his arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Criminal Mischief.
