Claude BARK, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was arrested on July 6, 2022. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents and the Montgomery County Constable Precinct 3 Office located and arrested BARK at a residence in Porter, TX.In 2010, BARK was convicted of Assault Causes Bodily Injury. In 2014, he was convicted of two counts of Burglary of a Habitation, Theft of a Firearm, and Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle. He subsequently received two 8-year sentences, a 2-year sentence, and a 6-month sentence in TDCJ. BARK had been wanted since February 1, 2021, after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation. In addition, on March 29, 2021, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest for Assault of Family/Household Member with a Previous Conviction. The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
