DETAILS:

Justin CUBA has ties to Fannin and Grayson counties, including the cities of Sherman and Ladonia. He was released on parole from TDCJ in 2019 after serving time in prison for a drug conviction. In 2020, CUBA was arrested for Aggravated Robbery and Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He subsequently bonded out. On August 3, 2021, Justin CUBA and female accomplice Carmen CUBA (AKA Carmen TAYLOR) were allegedly involved in the shooting death of a 48-year-old man in Ladonia, Texas, before the couple fled the scene. The Fannin County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for Justin and Carmen CUBA's arrest for first-degree Murder. On August 6, 2021, the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office also issued warrants for Justin CUBA's arrest for Failure to Appear in connection to his 2020 charges of aggravated robbery and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. In addition to the Texas Crime Stoppers reward, a reward of up to $1,000 is also being offered through Lamar and Red River County Crime Stoppers for information leading to Justin and Carmen CUBA's arrests. The Fannin County District Attorney’s Office is offering a $1,500 reward, while the Grayson County District Attorney’s Office is offering a $1,000 reward.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the following methods:
