Donald Lynn GAY, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on July 19, 2018, in Houston, Texas. Working off tip information, members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, located and arrested GAY in eastern Harris County.GAY, affiliated to the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang, is a violent offender with a history of convictions for Rape, Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, and Murder. In 1978, he was convicted of Rape and multiple counts of Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon after incidents in Bexar County. He subsequently was sentenced to 40 years in TDCJ prison.In the mid-1980’s, GAY was convicted of Murder in Brazoria County after his involvement in the stabbing death of an inmate inside a Texas prison facility. GAY was released on parole from TDCJ in 1997 and was required to register as a sex offender for life. GAY had been wanted since February 2018 for Parole Violation.The arrest was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers and a reward will be paid.
