Rogelio BELTRAN has ties to Mitchell County, including the city of Colorado City. BELTRAN has an extensive criminal history, including arrests for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child, Aggravated Assault, Assault, Evading Arrest/Detention. In February 2025, BELTRAN was arrested in Mitchell County for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child: Victim Under 14 and subsequently was released on bond on a later date. On January 23, 2026, a warrant was issued out of Mitchell County for his arrest for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child: Victim Under 14 and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
