Herbert SOUVENIR is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has known ties to Bexar and Guadalupe County, including the cities of San Antonio and Seguin, Texas. In 1998, SOUVENIR was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with an 8-year-old child and was subsequently sentenced to 12 years of confinement. In March 2022, SOUVENIR was convicted of Assault Causes Bodily Injury/Family Member. Several months later, SOUVENIR was convicted of Burglary of Habitation and subsequently received 8 years of probation. SOUVENIR also has a conviction in the past of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. On January 27, 2026, a warrant was issued out of Guadalupe County for SOUVENIR’s arrest for Sexual Assault - Enhanced (Habitual). SOUVENIR has been known to use an alias name of Herbert King.
