Santos Francisco SANCHEZ was born in Brown County, Texas, and has primarily resided in the Tarrant County vicinity. He is a confirmed member of the Texas Syndicate gang.SANCHEZ has previous arrests for Burglary, Theft of Property, and Forgery. In 1993, he was arrested in Fort Worth for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child from an incident that involved a 12-year-old female. SANCHEZ was convicted in 1996 and sentenced to TDCJ. In 2003, he was paroled from prison and ordered to stay at a halfway house. He was required to register as a sex offender and report to the La Villa Police Department, but he never reported, committing a State Jail Felony offense.On July 24, 2003, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a Parole Violation warrant for SANCHEZ's arrest. On July 5, 2011, a warrant for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements was issued by the Hidalgo County Justice Court at the request of the DPS Criminal Investigations Division.SANCHEZ has previous employment as a carpenter.
