Joe Raymond GONZALES is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to the Houston area, including Katy, Texas. In 1990, GONZALES was convicted of Sexual Assault in Harris County and sentenced to 50 years confinement in TDCJ. He was released on parole in 2018. On November 19, 2019, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for GONZALES' arrest for Parole Violation. Additionally, on March 20, 2020, the Harris County Sheriff's Office issued warrants for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and Accident Involving Death.
