Kevin Hilton PATTISON is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Travis and Bastrop counties, including the cities of Austin and Bastrop, Texas. Additionally, he has ties to the state of Colorado. In 2021, PATTISON was arrested and later convicted in Colorado for Sexual Assault. He subsequently was placed on 5 years’ probation which was later revoked. In November 2025, PATTISON was convicted in Bastrop County for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and placed on 5 years’ probation. PATTISON’s extensive criminal history also includes convictions for Criminal Trespass, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Theft. On July 13, 2026, a warrant was issued out of Bastrop County for his arrest for Probation Violation (Original Offense: Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements).
