Ishmel Sirell MIXON is a documented Crips gang member and convicted sex offender who is required to register annually. He has ties to Ellis, Tarrant, and Dallas counties, including the cities of Midlothian, Arlington and Cedar Hill, Texas. MIXON also has ties to the state of Missouri. In 1996, he was arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child (12-year-old female victim) and subsequently sentenced to 50 years confinement, of which he served 26 years and was then released on parole. While incarcerated, TDCJ records show MIXON was a violent inmate with a recorded history of sexual misconduct. In 2001, he was charged with Assaulting a Public Servant and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. On December 3, 2025, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for MIXON's arrest for a Parole Violation (Original Offense: Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child Under 14). Additionally, on May 27, 2026, a warrant for his arrest was issued by the Arlington Police Department for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
