Amber Alaniz GOVER, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on July 17, 2026, by the San Antonio Police Department Patrol Unit.In August 2024, GOVER was arrested by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office and charged with two counts of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact. She was subsequently convicted in March 2025 on one of the counts and sentenced to 7 years of Probation.GOVER had been wanted since June 2026, after a warrant was issued out of Bexar County for her arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.GOVER’s capture was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
