Jesus Geraldo RIOS is a convicted sex offender and suspected Tango Blast gang member. He is required to register as a sex offender annually. RIOS has ties to Matagorda and Harris Counties, including the cities of Palacios and Houston, Texas. RIOS has an extensive criminal history dating back to the 1990s. In 1994, RIO was convicted in Matagorda County of Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 15-year-old female. He has also been convicted in the past of Unlawful Carrying a Weapon, Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements, and Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. RIOS has served time in TDCJ prison multiple times and was last released on parole in April 2024. On July 17, 2025, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offenses: Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements, Delivery of a Controlled Substance Enhanced, Attempted Delivery of a Controlled Substance). Additionally, on July 2, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Harris County for RIOS' arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
