Jacarlos Leroy Lee MARK is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Angelina County, including the city of Lufkin, Texas. In 2003, MARK was convicted of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and sentenced to five years confinement. Additionally, in 2003, MARK was arrested for Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 15-year-old victim. He was subsequently sentenced to 7 years confinement. In 2016, MARK was arrested for Manufacturing/Delivery of Controlled Substances (x4) and sentenced to 5 years confinement in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) prison. On December 17, 2025, the Lufkin Police Department issued a warrant for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
