Manuel Raul MAESE is a high-risk sex offender with ties to El Paso, Texas and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. In the 1980s, he was convicted in El Paso County on two separate incidents of Indecency with a Child and Aggravated Assault. In 2004, he was convicted in El Paso County on 5 counts of Indecent Exposure. In 2012, MAESE was convicted again of Indecent Exposure in El Paso County and subsequently received a probation sentence. MAESE has also been arrested in the state of Washington for Assault and in Arizona for Public Sexual Indecency.On March 25, 2015, a warrant was issued for MAESE's arrest by the El Paso County Sheriff's Office for Indecent Exposure.On May 7, 2015, a warrant was issued for MAESE's arrest by the Phoenix Police Department in Arizona for Violation of a Court Order originating from an Indecent Exposure incident.On October 19, 2015, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office issued an additional warrant for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.MAESE has a history of working as a commercial truck driver. He may be known as "Manny" and has used the alias of Manuel Montalvo in the past.
