CAPTURE DETAILS:

Justin CUBA, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on May 4, 2022, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In 2019, CUBA was released from parole after serving time in TDCJ prison for a drug conviction. In 2020, he was arrested for Aggravated Robbery and Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He subsequently bonded out. On August 3, 2021, Justin CUBA and female accomplice Carmen CUBA (AKA Carmen TAYLOR) were allegedly involved in the shooting death of a 48-year-old man in Ladonia, Texas, before the couple fled the scene. The Fannin County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for Justin and Carmen CUBA's arrest for first-degree Murder. On August 6, 2021, the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office also issued warrants for Justin CUBA's arrest for Failure to Appear in connection to his 2020 charges of aggravated robbery and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
