Marvin Rayshun BOWDEN, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on December 10, 2025, in Conroe, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents, along with the Montgomery County Constable’s Office Precinct 3 Criminal Interdiction Unit, located and arrested BOWDEN at an apartment complex.In 2017, BOWDEN was convicted of two counts of Robbery and subsequently sentenced to 3 years confinement for each count. In 2018, BOWDEN was convicted of Indecency with a Child by Exposure following an incident with a 16-year-old female. He was subsequently sentenced to 5 years confinement. BOWDEN was discharged from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) in June 2022.BOWDEN had been wanted since July 2025, when a warrant was issued out of Walker County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.BOWDEN’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
